Yep, the game is "Hard Corps: Uprising" and the character's name is Leviathan. This game came out as an arcade title for both the PS3 and the 360. It's one of my favorite games and Leviathan is my absolute favorite character right now. I have been going crazy for this game for almost 2 years now haha.

Leviathan is awesome! An anime or a manga would be so cool! The story seemed very promising and while is was pretty decent as it was it would still be awesome to have more story to supplement the gameplay.
